Sleeping Peacefully

I couldn't resist snapping these pictures one night. They were sleeping so peacefully. Rita put her princess crown on her big bear. Not sure how Anthony managed to fall asleep in that position, but he didn't wake up when I put his leg back in the bed.

Silly Things

Top row: Rita and Paul (hockey brother), goofing around. Rita was using the garbage can as her "hockey helmet" and then found the purple ear plugs and decided they were her horns. Rita got some socks in a white elephant present at the hockey family Christmas party. They are obviously adult size knee socks, but she insisted that they were hers and wore them to bed one night.

Shame on Lily

Our child care provider (that's what we call them these days instead of babysitter), Lily, is on the naughty list. She is worse than the kids when it comes to waiting for Christmas. One morning the kids weren't getting dressed and ready and she plied them by saying "I have a Christmas present at my house for you." I gave her "the look" but knew it was a done deal. You've never seen kids get ready so fast! As you can see, Rita didn't even get her coat off at Lily's before she got the present in her hot little hands! Thanks for loving and spoiling them Lily!
