Chicken Pox Part 2

You guessed it, Rita now has them. Unlike Anthony, she is not tolerating it well at all. He was pretty pleasant most of the time and slept reasonably well at night. When he wasn't sleeping he was content to be held and let us sleep. Rita is not content with anything. She woke up at 9:30 last night and except for a couple of short dozes in the chair and two stints in the car, she has not slept. She is so itchy and is continually wiggling to try to get out of her tortured skin. We even had an oatmeal bath at 3 am. Karl and I got to see a lot of our Flathead Valley in the dark as we drove to get her some rest. It is 10 am and I think she just went to sleep up there. Chicken Pox stinks!
